1. General Shipping Information
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse facilities. We strive to process orders quickly; however, please note that our products are specialized construction materials, and handling times may vary.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package with the designated carrier.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products, the dimensions of the packaging, and the delivery destination.
- Delivery Times: All delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We use third-party logistics partners, and while we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for any delays that may occur once the order is handed over to the carrier.
- Shipping Carrier: We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier for your order based on size, weight, and delivery location.
3. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer (Crucial Clause)
The responsibility for all purchased products, including the risk of loss or damage, transfers from Mapisa 369 to the customer upon our delivery of the products to the carrier (i.e., when the products leave our warehouse).
This means that any claim for goods lost or damaged in transit must be filed directly by the customer with the designated shipping carrier.
4. Mandatory Product Inspection and Claims
Due to the specialized nature of our construction chemicals, you are required to perform a thorough inspection of your order immediately upon receipt.
- Inspection Period: The customer must inspect the products and report any issues regarding quantity, condition, or visible damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Damaged Shipments: If you receive a visibly damaged package, you must note the damage on the carrier’s receipt or delivery record before signing for the package. Failure to document visible damage with the carrier may severely impact your ability to file a claim.
- Claim Procedure: If you have a claim for damaged or defective products that were incorrectly supplied by us, please initiate the claim immediately by emailing care@shivazzasundaram.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damage/defect. 5. Order Cancellation Policy
An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched from our warehouse or processing facility.
Once an order has been picked up by the courier partner, is “in transit,” or is otherwise processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or diverted. (This links directly to the T&C.)
