2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to the Mapisa 369 logo, product imagery, product names (e.g., Tile Adhesive Gold, Platinum Plus), and the philosophical concepts integrated into the brand (e.g., the “369” concept), are and will remain the exclusive property of Shivazza Sundaram Group and its licensors.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Site. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as generally and reasonably permitted by the Site’s functionality.
3. Product Sales, Pricing, and Availability
Product Representation: We strive to ensure that all information on the Site regarding products, including descriptions, pricing, and availability, is accurate. However, the color, texture, and other physical properties of our construction chemicals and materials shown on the website may vary slightly due to screen calibration and photographic lighting.
Pricing and Payments: All prices listed are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on the Site do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs, which will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers.
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Warranties and Technical Data: All product technical specifications and application methods are provided for guidance only. Products are sold “as is,” and while we ensure quality standards, the ultimate performance is dependent on application technique, substrate preparation, and environmental factors. Users must refer to the full Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before use.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping: We will arrange for the delivery of the products you purchase to the address specified in your order. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from the Site pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Any claims for damaged or lost goods during transit must be filed directly with the carrier.
Inspection: You must inspect all products immediately upon receipt. Any claims regarding quantity, condition, or defects must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will constitute acceptance of the product.
5. Returns and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns: Due to the specialized nature of construction chemicals, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us. All accepted returns must be in their original, unopened packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited uses include:

We do not warrant that the Site will operate uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Sections of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall survive termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
